The Special Series Quarterback Spicy! hit Arena Club's shelf at 10:01 AM PT on October 11, 2026, and our tracking first read it two minutes later. At $300 a pack, it launched with a pool of 53 cards and an EV of +9.5%.
The pool at launch
Two tiers, and the gap between them is significant.
The Grail tier holds 3 cards at 0.03% odds each. Combined they represent $36,893 in value. The top card is a 2018 Panini Donruss Optic Josh Allen, priced at $13,573, which works out to a 45x hit on a $300 pack. That number is the headline. The other two Grail cards sit behind the same slim odds, and the tier contributes about $11 in EV per pack across all three.
The Lineup tier is where most of the pool lives: 50 cards at 2.0% odds each. The best of them is a 2021 Panini Absolute Trevor Lawrence at $1,636, a 5.5x card. A 2020 Panini Absolute Matthew Stafford ($1,131, 3.8x) is next. After that the multiples drop quickly: Joe Burrow (2023 Panini Absolute), Caleb Williams (2024 Panini Prizm Deca), Patrick Mahomes II (2017 Panini Donruss Optic), Drake Maye in both a 2024 Prizm and a 2024 Donruss Optic copy, Lamar Jackson twice, Jordan Love (2020 Prizm), and a second Burrow (2020 Panini Select) round out the top of the Lineup tier. The Lineup tier as a whole contributes roughly $317 in EV.
The lowest-valued card in the pool sits at $137, and 35 of the 53 cards are priced below the $300 pack price. Three cards clear 10x.
What's happened since
In the roughly 3 hours since launch, 352 pulls have come out of the pool across 280 readings. EV peaked at +15.8% early, then moved around considerably. It crossed into positive territory 6 times, which tells you the pool has been cycling through ups and downs as cards get ripped. At our 1:03 PM PT reading, EV stood at +2.1%.
The biggest pull we recorded was a 2025 Topps Chrome Joe Burrow, snagged at 10:12 AM PT, just 11 minutes after the pack appeared. That card valued at $11,660, a 39x pull on a $300 pack.
The pack is still live and bouncing around break even.
